PROGRAMME CO-OWNER / HEAD COACH
- Isobelle Daler-Finch
Izzy brings over 10 years of coaching experience and is widely recognised for her innovative and creative choreography, which consistently receives high praise. As a two-time World Championship competitor in 2022 and 2023, Izzy had a top 10 placement showcasing her dedication and skill at the highest level of the sport. In addition to being a co-owner of Nova Athletics, Izzy also runs her own choreography company, working with multiple teams to create dynamic and impactful routines. Her passion for the sport and eye for detail make her a valuable asset to any team she works with.
PROGRAMME CO-OWNER / TUMBLE COACH
- Megan Cripps
Megan brings over a decade of experience in both cheerleading and gymnastics, with 12 years of coaching gymnastics under her belt. Specialising in tumbling, she has a strong foundation in gymnastics that greatly enhances her coaching style and technical expertise.
With more than 10 years of cheerleading experience, Megan has competed at the highest level, representing her team at the World Championships in both 2022 and 2023, achieving a top 10 placement. Megan has been coaching cheerleading for the past seven years and is passionate about helping athletes develop their skills and build their confidence whilst enjoying a sport they love.
PROGRAMME CO-OWNER / HEAD COACH
- Abigail Simpson
Abi brings over nine years of cheerleading experience and has been coaching for the past seven years. Throughout her coaching career, she has successfully led teams to achieve both National Champion and Grand Champion titles. With a strong background in working with athletes of all ages, from tinies to seniors, Abi is passionate about helping each athlete reach their full potential. She also has extensive knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN), gained through her work in an SEN school and takes pride in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all athletes. In addition to her cheerleading expertise, Abi holds a degree in Dance from Kingston University and brings a strong dance background to her coaching, making it one of her key specialities.
